Located on over 1,000 acres of rolling hillside and lush pastures with a 60-acre lake, Shenandoah Crossing is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. Championship golf, tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes and mini-golf are all available on site. Spend your day hiking, biking or horseback riding, exploring the unspoiled countryside just as our ancestors did.

You can also enjoy activities in and around Lake Izac. Rent a boat and fishing equipment at the marina, or mosey around in a paddleboat. Or, if you prefer poolside to lakeside, you can take a dip in the indoor pool (open year-round), one of the outdoor pools (open seasonally) or hot tubs.

The ambiance at Shenandoah Crossing is a cross between rustic farm and country club, reminiscent of an old country estate. Accommodations range from primitive to pristine, with your choice of wilderness camping, RV sites, lodge rooms, rustic or modern cabins or deluxe townhomes.

When you’re ready for a hot meal, visit Lake Izac’s Tavern, a full-service, casual restaurant and bar located in the lodge building. For kids, a large activities center offers video games, ping-pong, pool tables and more. Our equestrian center, home to nearly three dozen horses, is also a feature attraction for all ages.

Please note: Yurts are available exclusively to Bluegreen Vacation Club owners. Click here for the Owners' Manual of Resort Rules and Regulations.

Experience luxury yurts and go camping in style! Our yurts are a fun and exciting alternative to a villa. These unique, circular accommodations feature a tastefully rustic interior with fully-equipped kitchen, heat, air conditioning, cable TV, private bath and one or two beds, all under a soaring ceiling. Stay in an open yurt with 1 bed and pull-out couch or one with 2 private bedrooms plus pull-out couch (see Floor Plans). You’ll also enjoy a large wooden deck perfect for bird watching and stargazing.

Spend your nights under the stars in your RV! Choose from Deluxe back-in, Elite pull-through and Presidential sites, all available for reservation with Vacation Points (see Points table). Each site features a concrete pad with water, sewer, electric and cable hookups, plus a fire ring and patio with grill, picnic table and furnishings. Some sites even have a summer kitchen.
